In traditional task-based scheduling, it's easy to get lost in the details of individual jobs, making it challenging to see the bigger picture. To address this, we are renaming tasks as allocations on the Schedule in ����ɫ��Ƭ.

By scheduling allocations and optionally assigning them to related tasks, you can quickly understand your team's planned time and track total hours faster in your reporting.

This update reflects how many teams are already using ����ɫ��Ƭ and supports project leaders to plan with a more holistic view of how their team's time is distributed and spent.

We're releasing this feature to teams in ����ɫ��Ƭ this week.

We're always working to improve ����ɫ��Ƭ and make it even more effective for planning your team's time. That said, we understand that our subscription options can sometimes feel confusing.

That's why we've introduced new plan names: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. These new names better reflect the functionality of each plan and make choosing the right one for your team's growth even easier.

While the names have changed, our pricing for each plan has not.

We're committed to offering the best value for managing your team's time, and these updated plan names reflect that. We'll continue to develop and release features that help elevate the planning process for all teams using ����ɫ��Ƭ!

We're thrilled to share our latest improvements to ����ɫ��Ƭ! The new any (all types) time off filter makes it a breeze to see who's working and who's taking some well-earned leave.

When you check the box next to the any (all types) filter, existing tasks on the Schedule are greyed out, and only your team's time off displays.

This provides a clear overview of your team's availability and work schedules, so you can quickly identify who is ready to take on more tasks and who's out there soaking up the sun on a beach somewhere. 🏖️

Keep an eye out for an additional update soon that will allow you to filter team members in or out of view based on whether they have time off scheduled within a specified date range.
