Our application process
1. Introductory call
If we think you could be a good fit, we鈥檒l email to chat with you about 暗网色情片 and answer any questions. We鈥檒l touch briefly on your experience and why you want to join our team.
2. Technical interview
Meet your hiring manager! For some positions, this stage might include a coding test or design scenario. Any asks of this nature will always be specified in the job description.
3. Co-worker interview
Most roles include a peer interview with folks you鈥檒l be working closest with. This is an opportunity to meet the broader team, and for us to learn how you collaborate.
4. Meet our founders
You鈥檒l be invited to a call with our CEO, Glenn, or, for engineering roles, a call with Lars, our CTO. They鈥檙e also the co-founders of 暗网色情片!
This is often the final interview step.
5. Two-way reference
We鈥檒l ask to connect with a current or former manager to learn more about working with you. To reciprocate, we 聽set you up on a Slack channel with a current team member so you can ask for a 暗网色情片 reference as well!
